Zentri Giveaway Official Rules

1. Giveaway overview

Zentri is running a giveaway connected to the official Instagram account @zentrigrading.app.

Participants can enter by following the required steps listed on this page before the giveaway deadline.

No purchase is required to enter or win. Creating a free Zentri account and using the free pregrade credits is enough to participate.

2. Organizer information

The giveaway is organized by Zentri, a software-as-a-service platform available through zentrigrading.app.

Zentri is a SaaS platform operated by a-ag, registered in the Netherlands with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce. Zentri is a registered trade name of a-ag. When you use Zentri Grading, create an account, purchase credits, start a subscription, or receive an invoice, your contractual and billing relationship is with a-ag.

3. Entry period

The giveaway starts on 25/06/2026 and ends on 09/08/2026 at 23:59 CET/CEST.

Entries submitted after the deadline will not be counted.

Zentri may use its own systems, account records, pregrade activity, and Instagram activity to determine whether the required steps were completed before the deadline.

4. Who can enter

The giveaway is open to participants who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry.

Participants under 18 may only enter with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

5. How to enter

To enter the giveaway, participants must complete all of the following steps before the deadline:

• follow @zentrigrading.app on Instagram;
• create a free Zentri account on zentrigrading.app;
• redeem the 5 free card pregrade credits available for free accounts;
• pregrade at least one card using Zentri before the giveaway deadline;
• comment Done on the official giveaway post.

Participants may optionally include a link to their centering report in the giveaway post comment.

6. Entry limit

Each participant may receive a maximum of one eligible entry.

Pregrading more than one card does not create extra entries and does not increase the chance of winning.

Creating multiple accounts, using fake accounts, submitting misleading information, or attempting to manipulate the giveaway may result in disqualification.

7. No purchase required

No purchase is required to enter or win this giveaway.

Participants can enter by creating a free Zentri account, redeeming the free pregrade credits, and completing at least one card pregrade before the deadline.

Buying additional credits, paid access, a subscription, or any other Zentri product will not increase a participant’s chances of winning.

8. Prize

The main prize is 1 year of unlimited Zentri access.

The prize gives the winner access to Zentri unlimited access features for one year, subject to fair use, technical limits, account rules, and the normal operation of the Zentri platform.

No cash alternative is available.

9. Winner selection

After the entry period ends, Zentri will randomly select one winner from all eligible participants.

To be eligible for the random selection, the participant must have completed all required entry steps before the deadline, including at least one completed card pregrade.

Zentri’s decision regarding eligibility, winner selection, and the interpretation of these rules is final, except where prohibited by law.

10. Winner notification

The winner will be contacted by Instagram direct message from @zentrigrading.app on 10/08/2026.

The selected winner has 7 days to respond to the first notification message.

If the selected winner does not respond within 7 days, cannot be contacted, is not eligible, refuses the prize, or does not comply with these rules, Zentri may randomly select a new winner from the remaining eligible participants.

This process may be repeated until an eligible winner accepts the prize.

11. Winner announcement

The winner may be announced in a Zentri Instagram post and/or story.

By entering the giveaway, participants agree that Zentri may announce the winner’s Instagram username for the purpose of communicating the giveaway result.

12. Verification and disqualification

Zentri may verify whether a participant completed the required steps.

This may include checking whether the participant:

• follows @zentrigrading.app on Instagram;
• created a Zentri account;
• redeemed the 5 free card pregrade credits;
• completed at least one card pregrade before the deadline;
• commented Done on the official giveaway post.

Zentri may disqualify any participant who submits false information, abuses the free credit system, creates multiple accounts, violates these rules, or acts in a way that harms the fairness or integrity of the giveaway.

13. Instagram disclaimer

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

By participating, each entrant fully releases Instagram from any responsibility or liability related to the giveaway.

Any questions, comments, or complaints about the giveaway must be directed to Zentri and not to Instagram.

14. Personal data

Zentri may process information connected to a participant’s entry only as needed to administer the giveaway.

This may include:

• Instagram username;
• Zentri account information;
• giveaway post comment;
• pregrade activity;
• contact information needed to notify the winner.

This information may be used to verify eligibility, select and contact the winner, announce the winner, provide the prize, prevent fraud or abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

Zentri handles personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

15. Changes, suspension, or cancellation

Zentri may modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway if technical issues, fraud, abuse, platform restrictions, legal requirements, or events outside Zentri’s reasonable control affect the fairness or proper operation of the giveaway.

If this happens, Zentri may choose a winner from eligible entries received before the issue occurred, where this is reasonable and legally permitted.

16. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zentri is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, deleted, unavailable, misdirected, or not recorded due to technical issues, Instagram restrictions, internet problems, account settings, user error, or other circumstances outside Zentri’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these rules excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
